Rude Lazy people doing the washouts, not the Lady working the Phone. Sent a truck in there, all they could do is throw their hands up acting ignorant. I Told driver to leave immediately. Use extreme washout 4 miles down the road half the price and want your business.

So I debated this review but I am tired of businesses screwing others. I called Schaffsteins mechanic over alignments and suspension work. He is well known and good. But I scheduled it for king pin bushings. When I got the truck back it was all over the road wearing me out. I also had him do my other white truck that I don't drive much and said take your time on it. When I set up the red truck I asked " do you want me to get the parts or do you want to get them?" His reply "you can probably get them faster" so I picked up the bushing kit. I voiced my concern over the red truck being not right. I took it back he checked alignment & said he dont see anything wrong. It got bad. So it took it to ruxer 3wks after schaffsteins. The king pin bushings was out on the driver side. Passenger side was too tight. Realigned. Truck has never been better than when ruxer redid the work. Schaffsteins said they'd credit me $250 toward my next bill. Because I bought the parts.... Well 1 I was told to buy them and 2 the parts being to tight isn't a part defect. That's mechanic error. Please if you value your hard earned money and good customer service. Stay away from Schaffstein! Spent over around $300
